Assist the Head of Outdoor Education department – Daily checking and replying of emails. Liaise internally and externally for administrative matters and preparation of educational trips which includes checking of passport validity, visa applications, trip packs, booklets, first aid kits, bag tags etc.
Conduct exhibitions at pre-schools and primary schools – Raise awareness on a healthy lifestyle, oral and personal hygiene, facilitate the children in the activities provided.
Attend to gym members – Give out towels and locker keys, process transactions, data entry for handing over/closing of shifts, drop cash bags, reply emails, promote memberships, handle phone calls, attend to walk-in guests with queries.
Handle incoming or outgoing calls/guests, administrative duties, collect mails
Stock take, replenishing of stock, tidying of shop floor, cashiering duties
